In a night of renewed hostilities, Russia unleashed a barrage of drones, airstrikes, and shelling on Ukrainian cities such as Odesa and Dnipro, claiming one life and injuring over 30, according to Ukrainian authorities.
Officials have confirmed that drones targeted residential buildings, a school, and a kindergarten in Odesa, injuring an 11-year-old boy and a 59-year-old man. In Dnipro, a separate missile attack left 18 injured, including two children.
Meanwhile, in the southern region of Kherson, another attack resulted in one fatality and nine injuries. On the Russian side, drones were reportedly downed over southern regions including Rostov and Belgorod. Both sides maintain they do not intentionally target civilians.
