A blaze erupted in a cooler manufacturing facility in Delhi's Bawana industrial area, prompting a swift emergency response that safely evacuated nine workers. Firefighters arrived promptly, preventing injuries and controlling the flames.
The Delhi Fire Service (DFS) received an alert about the fire at a Sector-5 factory within the DSIDC complex at 3.16 am. Eight fire engines were deployed, and the fire was contained by 5 am. The fire mainly affected the honeycomb pad section, damaging stored materials and a basement motorcycle.
Officials confirmed that the building, featuring a basement, ground floor, and two upper floors, was evacuated without incident. This careful operation ensured the safety of the workers and minimized further damage to the structure.
