Tensions between Pakistan and India have heightened following a series of drone attacks. On Thursday, the Pakistan Army announced that four of its soldiers were injured during a drone strike, claiming that they had successfully shot down multiple UAVs allegedly launched by India.

In response, Indian military officials in New Delhi stated that they foiled attempts by Pakistan to target multiple military sites in Northern and Western India. They also claimed to have destroyed a Pakistani air defense system in Lahore.

According to Pakistan Army spokesman Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, a drone crashed near Lahore, injuring soldiers. He further stated that drones were neutralized in multiple locations across Pakistan. Pakistan claims its forces have downed 25 Israeli-made Herop drones.
