Assam's Tiranga Yatra: A Celebration of Valor and Victory

In a vibrant display of patriotism, Assam's capital witnessed a 'Tiranga Yatra' headed by Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and BJP state president Dilip Saikia. The rally commemorated the successful 'Operation Sindoor,' a concerted military response to the Pahalgam terror attack.
From Adabari to Jalukbari, the march drew hundreds, including former Eastern Army Commander Lt Gen (retd) Rana Pratap Kalita. Participants waved tricolours and vocally supported the Indian Armed Forces with slogans such as 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' and 'Indian Army Zindabad.'
Sarma, in a Facebook post, lauded the Indian Armed Forces for their exemplary courage and achievements. Meanwhile, Saikia highlighted India's demonstrated strength, with similar Tiranga Yatras occurring across Assam, rallying support for their national heroics.
