Voter turnout in the Ludhiana West Assembly bypoll has reached 33.42% by early afternoon. The election process, which began at 7 AM, is under tight security and will conclude at 6 PM, with vote counting scheduled for June 23.
District Election Officer Himanshu Jain confirmed that the polling process is proceeding peacefully. He urged voters to set a new record in turnout by casting their votes in large numbers, ensuring everyone in line by the closing time will have the chance to vote.
