Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday took to the streets of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, for a high-profile roadshow. In a significant development, he unveiled infrastructure projects valued at over Rs 18,600 crore, encompassing vital sectors such as water, irrigation, and transport, and events that marked the anniversary of Odisha's state government.

In his visit, Modi outlined a forward-looking Odisha Vision Document aimed for the years 2036 and 2047, targeting economic benchmarks of $500 billion and $1.5 trillion respectively. The strategic blueprint aligns with the state's century milestone as a linguistic state and India's impending centenary of independence.

Addressing a rally in Bihar's Siwan, PM Modi launched a sharp critique against the Congress and RJD, blaming them for Bihar's developmental stagnation. The Prime Minister condemned their 'Gundaraj' and emphasized that their policies erode the self-respect of Bihari citizens, labelling them as anti-investment.

Further advancing India's industrial capabilities abroad, PM Modi flagged off the delivery of a high-grade locomotive, manufactured under the 'Make in India' scheme, for the Republic of Guinea. Additionally, plans for enhancing local rail logistics were underscored by inaugurating the new Vaishali-Deoria railway line and launching the Vande Bharat Express service.
