Tensions flared in the Bihar assembly on Wednesday when Chief Minister Nitish Kumar interrupted a speech by opposition leader Tejashwi Yadav concerning the special intensive revision of the state's electoral rolls.
CM Kumar, visibly agitated, urged, 'Only three days of this session are left. You should say whatever you wish during elections.'
The altercation culminated in a heated debate between both sides of the aisle, prompting Speaker Nand Kishor Yadav to suspend the assembly proceedings until 2 pm.
