In a heated debate within the Lok Sabha, Samajwadi Party MP Ramashankar Rajbhar lambasted the government's slow response to the Pahalgam terror attack. He advocated for a swift 'Operation Tandoor' in lieu of the delayed 'Operation Sindoor' to demonstrate decisiveness against terrorism.
Rajbhar expressed frustration over the 17-day delay in launching the counterterrorism operation, emphasizing the national clamour for immediate action. He questioned whether the actual perpetrators of the Pahalgam attack were among the 100 terrorists neutralized during Operation Sindoor.
Praising the extensive unity showcased by Indians of all religious backgrounds, Rajbhar highlighted that the terrorists' intentions to incite communal strife were thwarted. He further scrutinized US President Trump's repeated claims of facilitating an India-Pakistan ceasefire, leaving many to ponder the veracity of these assertions.
