Agriculture Minister Manikrao Kokate finds himself at the center of a political storm, accused of playing an online card game on his mobile phone during a legislative session in Maharashtra. Nationalist Congress Party MLA Rohit Pawar first shared a video of the incident on social media, alleging that Kokate was engaged in the game for 18 to 22 minutes.

Kokate has refuted these allegations, claiming that he merely received a notification for an online rummy game, which he dismissed within seconds. However, a probe report submitted to the Chief Minister suggests otherwise, intensifying the scrutiny faced by Kokate.

Rohit Pawar continues to press for action against the minister, questioning the Fadnavis-led government's integrity in maintaining the legacy of political icons such as Yashwantrao Chavan and Atal Bihari Vajpayee if no steps are taken against Kokate.
