The remarks came at a ceremony at the Pakistan Army headquarters in Rawalpindi, marking the 98th anniversary of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) of China. Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong attended as the Chief Guest, alongside other senior officials from both nations.
