Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has described the India-US relationship as 'very solid' and urged both nations to seek common ground on the tariff issue, as the trade relationship faces strains amid recent US tariff hikes on Indian goods.

Netanyahu highlighted the successful performance of Israeli military equipment during India's Operation Sindoor, expressing optimism about further defense cooperation. Speaking to Indian journalists, he indicated his intention to visit India soon to bolster bilateral ties.

The Israeli leader also emphasized potential future collaborations, including intelligence sharing and technological advancements. He advocated for establishing direct flights between Bengaluru and Tel Aviv to foster closer ties and facilitate trade and cooperation.
