Shiv Sena-UBT leader Sanjay Raut has penned a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, voicing concern over the mysterious absence of former vice president Jagdeep Dhankhar. Attempts to reach Dhankhar, who resigned on July 21, have reportedly been unsuccessful.

Dhankhar's resignation, announced on the first day of the Monsoon session of Parliament, caught many by surprise. Rajya Sabha members have been unable to contact him, and Raut's letter, dated August 10, questions his current location and health status.

Rumors in Delhi suggest Dhankhar is confined to his residence and potentially not safe. Raut and others express serious concern over the lack of communication and consider filing a Habeas Corpus petition with the Supreme Court should Shah's response remain uninformative.
