Amid ongoing tensions, U.S. President Donald Trump communicated a contentious proposal to Ukraine's leadership this Saturday. According to sources, Russian leader Vladimir Putin is suggesting a deal where Ukraine would withdraw its forces from the disputed Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
