Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in Bihar on Friday to inaugurate and lay the foundation for numerous development projects totaling over Rs 13,000 crore, according to officials.

During his nearly four-hour tour, he will visit Gayaji, Patna, and Begusarai districts, starting in Gayaji where he will open a 660 MW power plant in Buxar and address a public rally.

Key projects include the 1.86-km Aunta-Simaria Bridge over the Ganga River and the Bakhtiyarpur-Mokama section of NH-31. Additionally, a new cancer hospital in Muzaffarpur and urban infrastructure initiatives will be launched, amid criticism from political opponents on social media.
