In a defining stance against new U.S. tariffs, India's Union Home Minister, Amit Shah, asserted that any trade deal with the U.S. would prioritize national and farmer interests. Speaking at the Manorama News Conclave, Shah stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would not allow agreements that compromise India.
