Citing a Comptroller and Auditor General report, Jakhar claimed that substantial SDRF funds remain unused, demanding an apology from Mann for allegedly misleading the public.

Jakhar insists that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government, under Mann, failed to distribute funds effectively.
