President Tayyip Erdogan expressed his satisfaction on Thursday regarding the Hamas-Israel negotiations, which culminated in a Gaza ceasefire agreement.
He announced that Turkey would diligently monitor the ceasefire's strict enforcement, along with contributing to the ongoing peace process.
In a statement made on X, Erdogan extended his gratitude to U.S. President Donald Trump for his decisive political support in persuading the Israeli government towards accepting the ceasefire, as well as to Qatar and Egypt for their crucial involvement.
