Lavrov described the proposal as 'too vague' when it comes to addressing the critical issue of Palestinian statehood. He asserted that without clear guidelines and specifics, the plan might fail to achieve long-lasting peace.

Furthermore, Lavrov pointed out the absence of directions about the future of the West Bank, urging that comprehensive solutions are essential for sustainable peace in the region.
