Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan, former Governor and BJP candidate, rushed to the scene, alleging that DMK representatives displayed party symbols and Chief Minister M K Stalin's images to influence voters queued to cast their votes. She claimed these individuals were neither voters nor party agents, raising serious questions about election protocol.
Highlighting what she termed as 'unruly behavior,' Soundararajan voiced concerns about voter manipulation, stating it would not go unchecked. The BJP protest at St Francis Xavier School saw slogans rebuking the Chief Minister, reflecting escalating tensions on the polling day.
