The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has urged Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to condemn the remarks made by Congress MLA Vijay Wadettiwar. The legislator's controversial statements seemingly justified an attack at an event with US President Donald Trump and appeared to express similar sentiments towards India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In a video surfaced by the BJP, Wadettiwar allegedly compared actions that disturb global peace to reaping what one sows, insinuating that a similar atmosphere prevails in India.
