Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has sharply criticized political parties ignoring public welfare while spotlighting misgovernance and corruption, using the West Bengal election results as a stark example. The BJP secured a decisive win against Mamata Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress.
On Tuesday, addressing a gathering in Gorakhpur, Adityanath celebrated regional development by inaugurating 71 projects worth over Rs 612 crore, including a Kalyan Mandapam convention centre. He remarked that the West Bengal electorate has voiced a clear demand for change, aspiring towards 'Sonar Bangla' under PM Modi's leadership.
Yogi Adityanath detailed Gorakhpur's development since 2017, attributing successes to transparent governance. Improved roads, reduced travel time to Lucknow, and enhanced connectivity to Varanasi reflect infrastructural strides. Educational and healthcare advancements, courtesy of AIIMS and Ayush University projects, reinforce this transformation narrative.
