Top TMC figures, along with the newly-elected MLAs, convened at Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's residence to discuss the party's direction post their defeat in the West Bengal assembly elections.
Present at the meeting was TMC national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee, and according to Beliaghata MLA Kunal Ghosh, all future responsibilities and strategies depend solely on Mamata Banerjee's decisions.
Ghosh reiterated the party's stance that BJP's victory was questionable, accusing the Election Commission of collaborating with the BJP to sway the results.
