Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna dismissed on Monday a suggestion from Russian President Vladimir Putin that former German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder could coordinate talks with the European Union to secure a peace deal in Ukraine.
"Gerhard Schroeder is a Putin idea. I think they are very close. Gerhard Schroeder won't be representing Europe," said Tsahkna, as he arrived for an EU meeting in Brussels.
