The scandal, which involves the theft of large sums of foreign currency from a sofa within Ramaphosa's farmhouse in 2020, has seen fresh developments. On Friday, the constitutional court revived impeachment proceedings against the president.
Despite these allegations, President Ramaphosa has consistently denied any wrongdoing concerning the incident, maintaining his stance amidst increasing political pressure.
