In a dramatic political revelation, VCK chief Thol Thirumavalavan stated that both DMK and AIADMK approached him to head Tamil Nadu as chief minister in a potential alliance to sideline TVK.
The statement was made amidst political tensions as AIADMK members opposed to their chief, Edappadi K Palaniswami, accused him of attempting an alliance with archrival DMK.
Meanwhile, Thirumavalavan explained the delay in supporting TVK, citing the need for further discussions within the party. VCK, having secured two assembly seats, expressed its backing for TVK to form the government.
