In a significant statement, Maharashtra's minister Ganesh Naik claimed that Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has faced attempts to corner him owing to his Brahmin identity. The remarks came during Naik's address at the National Agari Spiritual Convention in Raigad district.
Naik highlighted the dual nature of caste in politics, noting it can be both a curse and a blessing. While praising Fadnavis as a capable leader committed to justice for all, Naik refrained from naming specific political leaders or groups involved in these alleged efforts against Fadnavis.
