In a significant political development, former Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar confirmed on Friday that no conclusive decisions have been made regarding the formation of the new state cabinet. A crucial Congress Legislative Party (CLP) meeting is scheduled for Saturday, which could see Shivakumar's emergence as a pivotal figure.
Shivakumar, addressing media personnel in New Delhi, emphasized ongoing discussions with the Congress high command. In anticipation of the meeting, all party MLAs have been instructed to converge in Bengaluru. This comes in the wake of former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's resignation on Thursday.
