The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued forecasts indicating more heavy showers for Mumbai and its suburbs, setting the stage for further travel chaos. Rain measurement data revealed the island city received 95 mm of rainfall, with 58 mm in the eastern suburbs and 75 mm in the western suburbs, accumulating over a 24-hour period ending at 8 am.
Adding to the challenges, high tides are predicted at 3.31 pm and 3.31 am on Tuesday, while low tides will occur at 9.41 pm and 9.10 am.
