Real estate developer, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd, has acquired approximately 9 acres of prime land in Bengaluru, at a cost of nearly Rs 200 crore, for a new housing project.

The acquisition involves purchasing Shreyas Stones Pvt Ltd (SSPL), which owns the 8.79-acre land parcel in Bengaluru. Mahindra Lifespace has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with SSPL, agreeing to acquire all 10,000 equity shares for Rs 199 crore.

This strategic investment is projected to unlock a premium development opportunity, with an estimated Gross Development Value of Rs 1,100 crore, enhancing Mahindra Lifespace's strong foothold in North Bengaluru's real estate scene.
