Tragic Road Collision Claims Lives in Varanasi
Two men on a motorcycle were fatally struck by a tanker near the Gahda barrier on Varanasi-Shaktinagar road. Pankaj Kumar and Sonu died instantly. The tanker driver has been arrested, and an investigation is ongoing.

In a tragic road accident, two motorcyclists lost their lives after a collision with a tanker on Monday, authorities reported.
The fatal incident occurred near the Gahda barrier on the Varanasi-Shaktinagar roadway, within the jurisdiction of the Pipri police station.
Pipri Station House Officer Satyendra Rai confirmed that Pankaj Kumar, 26, from Anpara, and Sonu, 24, from Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh, were heading back to Anpara from Kunwari village when they were hit by the tanker. Both died on the scene. The tanker involved has been seized, and the driver is in custody while further investigations continue.
