Real estate giant Casagrand has officially launched its inaugural residential venture, 'Casagrand Caladium', in Pune, marking a significant expansion into Western India. Celebrated actors Genelia and Riteish Deshmukh have been appointed as the faces of the brand in this new market.
The company's strategic entry into Pune earlier this year involved acquiring prime land parcels, including 2.8 acres in Upper Kharadi and 16 acres in Wagholi. The 'Casagrand Caladium', located in Upper Kharadi, comprises 334 units of 2 and 3 BHK properties, priced from Rs 1.05 crore.
Offering over 110 amenities such as a state-of-the-art clubhouse, a spacious rooftop pool, gym, and themed gardens, the project is engineered for luxury. Casagrand's founder, Arun Mn, expressed confidence that associating with the Deshmukhs will set new urban living standards in Pune. To date, the company has completed over 160 projects across cities like Chennai and Bengaluru.
