In a significant expansion, IndoSpace, a leading supply chain infrastructure platform in India, has unveiled its largest industrial park, IndoSpace Chakan V. Located on 188 acres and bolstered by a USD 120 million investment, this unveiling marks the eighth industrial park for IndoSpace in the region.
The park is strategically situated in MIDC Chakan, providing seamless connectivity via key national and state highways such as the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the Pune-Nashik Highway, among others. With enhanced rail infrastructure, the site offers optimal access for manufacturers and logistics operators seeking proximity to critical consumption centers and ports across western India.
Anshuman Singh, Managing Director & CEO of IndoSpace, emphasized Chakan's strong industrial ecosystem and connectivity.
