During the launch, Urban Affairs Minister Balo Raja emphasized that OBPS signifies a move towards digital-only permits for all types of construction projects, aligning with the state's broader Ease of Doing Business strategies. The initiative calls for public awareness regarding its benefits and the repercussions of non-compliance.
