Sudhir Kumar, the Additional Director General of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) visited the devastated village of Chisoti in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar district following a catastrophic cloudburst.

The disaster claimed the lives of three CISF personnel with another missing, while committed rescue operations have saved over 100 lives. The calamity struck on August 14, leading to a significant loss of life, with 61 bodies recovered and over 50 individuals still missing.
