Indian astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla, fresh from a triumphant mission to the International Space Station (ISS), expressed optimism about future spaceflights originating from India.

At a press conference, Group Captain Shukla emphasized the unparalleled learning from the mission, likening it to no prior training. He recalled fellow astronaut Rakesh Sharma's historic utterances post his 1984 space mission, suggesting that India still appeared 'saare jahaan se achcha' from space.

Reflecting on his experiences aboard the Axiom-4 Mission, Shukla stated the insights gained would significantly benefit India's upcoming Gaganyaan mission. Recollecting the launch, he described the awe-inspiring rush of sitting in a rocket, noting the indescribable excitement that eludes words.
