Eyewitness Kashmir Singh, a local villager, revealed the powerful waters scattered debris over agricultural lands, damaging his crops. Bilaspur's Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar confirmed that four vehicles are trapped beneath the debris, and authorities are working on assessing crop losses.
