Nila Spaces Ltd is set to invest a substantial Rs 900 crore to develop a housing project in Gujarat's Gift City, as part of an ambitious expansion strategy.
The company has launched the 'Prana' project on 1.37 acres, featuring 696 apartments and 20,000 sq ft of commercial area. With prices ranging from Rs 87 lakh to Rs 1.8 crore per unit, demand is robust, and 20% of inventory is already sold.
CEO Deep Vadodaria highlighted that no external funding is necessary due to strong sales momentum, although financing options with Bajaj Finserv exist if needed. The project aligns with global trends in sustainable and wellness real estate, a sector expected to grow significantly worldwide by 2030.
