Amaravati Development: Farmers' First Policy Unveiled by CM Naidu

In a significant statement, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu announced that the benefits of Amaravati development should primarily be directed towards the farmers who contributed their land for the project.
During the CRDA's 53rd meeting, he highlighted the importance of parallel development for farmers alongside the new capital city, urging for the immediate allotment of promised plots to them. Naidu stressed that plots should be distributed within the same villages where farmers gave their land to maintain fairness.
He also directed a swift completion of various projects, including the secretariat towers and the West Bypass road. The CRDA approved the construction of Raj Bhavan for Rs 212 crore and allocated funds for a new drainage system, underscoring the urgency and scale of development intended for the region.
