BPTP Limited, a prominent real estate developer, has announced the awarding of a significant construction contract to NCC Limited for its ambitious Downtown 66 residential project in Gurugram.

The contract, worth around INR 488 Crore, covers civil structure and finishing for a sprawling area of 1,79,302 Sq.mtr. Downtown 66 is strategically located along the Golf Course Extension Road and is part of BPTP's extensive development portfolio in the region.
