The storm left a trail of damage, impacting crops, mud houses, and uprooting trees throughout the region. Fortunately, there have been no reported casualties.

Even as rain swept across places like Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Puri, officials have been urged to assess the impact, with relief measures set to follow the reports. The adverse weather conditions are expected to persist until May 8, compelling authorities to advise caution.
