NeoLiv, a prominent realty firm, announced an astounding success as it sold all 285 residential plots of its NeoLiv Golf One project in Faridabad, Haryana, amassing sales of Rs 1,251 crore.
The company launched plots ranging from Rs 2.88 crore to Rs 9.94 crore and remarkably achieved a complete sell-out within just six hours, testament to the strong demand in the luxury housing market.
Positioned within a 47-acre township developed in collaboration with a regional developer, this achievement underscores Faridabad's growth as a thriving micro-market in the National Capital Region (NCR), bolstered by projects like the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor.
