In a statement on Monday, the company said it has launched a commercial project, 'Cybercity by Micro Mitti', which is spread over a 2.3-acre land parcel. The project will have a total leasable area of 4.48 lakh sq ft, primarily comprising office spaces with complementary retail spaces. The construction of this project is undergoing and the project is expected to be completed by April 2029. Manoj Dhanotiya, Founder and CEO, Micro Mitti, said, ''We are witnessing a structural shift where global companies are actively looking beyond metro cities, and Tier II cities like Indore are emerging as serious contenders.'' In this upcoming project, he said the company will cater to GCCs (Global Capability Centres) and AI-led enterprises. ''Our Rs 300 crore investment reflects our long-term belief that Indore can evolve into one of India's most competitive destinations for global capability centres and technology-driven growth,'' Dhanotiya added.
