Sobisco Smashers Malda's Triumph at Bengal Pro T20 League

Sobisco Smashers Malda showcased exceptional skills to defeat Rashmi Medinipur Wizards by five wickets in the women's category of the Bengal Pro T20 League Season 2 on Thursday.

Batting first, Rashmi Medinipur Wizards were limited to 97 runs in 19.5 overs, with Shivanshi Tiwari contributing the highest score of 29 runs. Malda bowlers Mamata Kisku and Jhumia Khatun led the attack with outstanding performances. Sobisco Smashers efficiently chased down the target, reaching 98/5 in 17.3 overs, thanks to Shrabani Paul's top score.

In a separate match, Servotech Siliguri Strikers secured a 61-run win over Murshidabad Kings. Siliguri stands sixth in the points table with one victory from five matches, while Murshidabad holds third place with two wins.
