Actor Brad Pitt has taken his passion for racing from the silver screen to the real world, driving a Formula One car at Austin's Circuit of the Americas. The Hollywood star, known for portraying a fictional racer in his upcoming film, had the rare opportunity to test a McLaren MCL60.
The British-based racing team hosted a private session with F1 driver Lando Norris and F2 competitor Alex Dunne, allowing Pitt to experience firsthand the thrill of Grand Prix racing. The test marks the first time the 61-year-old actor has driven a genuine F1 machine.
McLaren previously hinted at this exciting event with a teaser on social media featuring racing overalls bearing the initials BP. Co-producer Lewis Hamilton has praised Pitt's dedication and impressive speed during prior tests with modified F2 cars, showcasing the Hollywood star's commitment to authenticity.
