Lando Norris, a prominent figure in Formula One, proudly displays two distinct scars on his nose - reminders of significant moments in his racing career. The McLaren driver's first injury occurred in Amsterdam last year, days before claiming his maiden F1 victory in Miami.
The second scar, sustained at Silverstone this month, came amid celebrations following his first home win at the British Grand Prix. A photographer fell onto him as a mesh fence gave way, resulting in the injury. Norris shared with reporters at the Belgian Grand Prix that the latest injury is healing well.
Despite these incidents, Norris considers his scars as cherished memories marking his achievements. Currently, he stands second in the championship, just eight points behind his teammate Oscar Piastri, having won four races this season, including the prestigious Monaco Grand Prix.
