Kichcha's Kings Bengaluru: Revving Up India's Motorsport Scene
The Indian Racing League introduces a new Bengaluru team, 'Kichcha's Kings Bengaluru', for its upcoming season. Owned by Kannada superstar Sudeep and his wife Priya, the team boasts a diverse driver line-up. The league, featuring city-based teams, kicks off its 2025 season in Coimbatore on August 16.

The Indian Racing League (IRL), recognized as India's premier franchise-based motorsports league, welcomes a new team from Bengaluru this season, dubbed 'Kichcha's Kings Bengaluru'. Owned by Kannada film industry luminary Sudeep and his wife, Priya Sudeep, the team adds a touch of cinematic flair to the league. Speaking on the occasion, Sudeep expressed his enthusiasm for motorsport, emphasizing the importance of focus and courage in the high-speed domain. He stated, 'With Kichcha's Kings Bengaluru, we're turning that passion into action.'
The team has revealed its driver roster post the drivers' draft. The line-up includes international talent Neel Jani, a Le Mans victor and former F1 test driver, Ruhaan Alva, a leading figure in the F4 India circuit, Kyle Kumaran, noted for his prowess in karting and the F4 scene, and British endurance driver Jem Hepworth, bringing gender diversity to the track.
As the league gears up for its 2025 commencement on August 16 in Coimbatore, it now touts six city-based teams. Joining the ranks are Speed Demons Delhi, Hyderabad Blackbirds, Goa Aces, Kolkata Royal Tigers, Kichcha's Kings Bengaluru, and Chennai Turbo Riders, each poised to compete in this high-octane showdown.
