Sciver-Brunt, who amassed 160 runs over three ODIs against India, propelled her return to the number one spot. Despite England's 1-2 series defeat, the 32-year-old's leadership in batting was evident throughout the matches.
Meanwhile, India captain Harmanpreet Kaur made a significant leap from 21st to 11th, and Jemimah Rodrigues rose from 15th to 13th. In the bowlers' rankings, India's Deepti Sharma holds steady at fourth, trailing behind England's Sophie Ecclestone and Australia's Ash Gardner and Megan Schutt.
