Emerging cricket sensation Priyansh Arya, renowned for his impressive performances in T20 formats, is eyeing a transition to red-ball cricket. The young Delhi batter, who gained fame through the Delhi Premier League (DPL), is determined to evolve beyond his white-ball prowess.
'After DPL, I will start preparation for red-ball cricket,' Arya told PTI, during an event in New Delhi. Under the mentorship of his coach Sanjay Bhardwaj, Arya plans to debut in Delhi's Ranji team next season.
Arya's pursuit of cricketing excellence is evident in his recent IPL and DPL performances. His stellar run included 576 runs in the DPL and a productive IPL season, establishing Arya as a formidable power-hitter.
