Holger Rune's Game-Changing Insights from Andre Agassi
Holger Rune has gained valuable insights from his brief collaboration with tennis legend Andre Agassi. Rune hopes the advice he received will elevate his performance, as he looks to move beyond recent stagnation and compete with peers like Carlos Alcaraz. Rune's upcoming focus is the U.S. Open.

Holger Rune, currently ranked number nine in the world, has credited his recent collaboration with Andre Agassi with providing him a fresh perspective on tennis. The eight-time Grand Slam champion offered Rune crucial insights, which the young Dane plans to incorporate to elevate his on-court performance.
Though Rune burst onto the scene by clinching a Masters title in Paris and triumphing over Novak Djokovic, his career has recently plateaued, with only two more titles to his name. In an effort to recapture his momentum, Rune sought out Agassi earlier this month during a training block in Washington.
"It was insane. I've never met a guy who sees tennis that way," Rune remarked, speaking at the Canadian Open in Toronto. He now sets his sights on the U.S. Open, eager to implement Agassi's simple yet profound tactics as he progresses in the tournament.
