The fourth day of the 15th Hockey India Junior Women National Championship showcased thrilling performances with several teams achieving impressive victories. In Division 'C', Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Hockey kicked off the day by defeating Jammu and Kashmir 6-0. Khursheed Zainab's hat-trick highlighted the match, alongside goals from Janiel Shihangiya, Nandniben Nandubhai Dulsada, and Radhika Dandotiya.

The excitement continued as Hockey Gujarat edged past Raj in a closely fought 3-2 match. Key players Purva Adroja, Parmar Puriben, and Pooja Dihora delivered crucial goals for Gujarat, while Raj's efforts were championed by Gayatri Mahavar and captain Sakshi Sharma. Hockey Mizoram dominated the final Division 'C' match, overpowering Telangana Hockey with a 15-0 win. Star performances by Anjana Xaxa, Zothanmawii, Z Laldintluangi, and others underscored their victory.

In Division 'B', Manipur Hockey showcased a commanding 9-1 victory over Le Puducherry Hockey, with standout contributions by Ritu Devi Laishram and captain Romita Waribam Chanu. Assam Hockey also celebrated success, defeating Hockey Kerala 5-1, driven by Ashmita Tigga's hat-trick. Hockey Himachal secured a 7-1 win against Delhi, and in a tight finish, Hockey Association of Bihar edged out Hockey Arunachal 1-0, courtesy of Akansha Yadav's decisive goal.
